About the role
As the Head of Business Development at Salsa Valley, you will play a critical role in developing strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the reach and impact of our products to Web2 and Web3 audiences. You will identify and pursue opportunities that align with our company goals, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of Salsa Valley.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Craft and execute a robust partnership strategy that aligns with Salsa Valley’ vision and market goals.
*Manage all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, including initial outreach, negotiation of terms, agreement execution, and ongoing partnership maintenance.
*Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and industry influencers.
*Work closely with marketing, legal, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy and optimal integration of new partnerships.
*Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure partnerships and collaborations.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall business goals.
*Monitor market trends and competitor activities to anticipate new opportunities and potential collaborations.
Who you are
* Experience in business development, preferably in the entertainment, gaming or blockchain industries.
* Proven experience successfully negotiating and managing strategic B2B partnerships and sales.
* You have a strategic mindset and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
* You have a strong passion for blockchain technology, game fi and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to the development of imersive entertainment blockchain products through strategic partnerships and alliances.
* You have excellent negotiation skills and can lead contract negotiations and discussions to secure partnerships and collaborations.
* You are a team player, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
* Having your own contact base will be an advantage.

Compensation
This is a full-time remote job. Salary 30,000 per year + bonuses in $SALSA Tokens will start immediately profitable. The profitability goal is within the first 2-5 months.
